Vintage Bareuther Bavaria Tea and Plates Set

Vintage Bareuther Bavaria tea and plates set. Lovely detail and gold trim. Very pretty rare set from late 1940s in south east part of the country (Porzellanfabrik factory).

Fun fact is that after WW2 (Germany’s defeat) the country was divided into 4 parts that were controlled by Soviet Union/France/US/Britain 1945-1955. This particular set was made in the US controlled territory.
